Goal Setting
Goal setting and achievement are essential for a fulfilled life, and building and maintaining self-esteem, creating a sense of hope for the future.
It gives us something to look forward to in the morning. Setting our sights on a goal, regardless of its size, and achieving it provides us with a sense of accomplishment and builds our confidence.

All relationships have a dynamic. Starting with the relationship with yourself. If you love and respect yourself, you will love and respect others.
The challenge for most people is that they have little self-awareness and continue to pursue relationships as an easy fix, placing the responsibility for their happiness on someone else.
The problem is that no one will “fix you,” and you will continue to perpetuate self-sabotaging patterns that are destructive to yourself and a healthy life.
Relationship coaching supports insights into your specific patterns of relating to others; it helps to shift and change these patterns. Thus, supporting new, healthy ways to relate to yourself and others.

This involves recognising that you are suffering in your work and personal relationships. Acknowledging the need to care for ourselves is part of loving ourselves and is prudent for stress management.

It can equally mean moving away from those who exhibit toxic tendencies.
It’s all about discovering activities that we enjoy and creating a daily routine that fosters a sense of equilibrium, attending to our body, mind and soul. This is essential to maintain harmony.
